We are PMG, a financial planning and wealth management firm in Montgomery, Alabama. Fred Middleton, the president of the company, has more than 20 years of experience in working with individuals.   The firm was founded in order to serve our community and the many people preparing for and living in retirement. Many of the families, couples, individuals, and business owners we work with are not just clients, but also our neighbors.

Our clients have worked hard to build their wealth. As they prepare for retirement, they want to make sure that their wealth works hard for them in return. Our mission is to serve them as they transition into retirement and throughout their golden years. We do this by focusing on three key elements:

Planning. We believe that before you can pursue your goals, you have to have a plan in place that incorporates all elements of your financial picture, from your taxes to your savings to your estate. We work closely with you to create a customized financial plan tailored to your short and long-term needs. You can either choose to implement your plan yourself, or we can assist in the ongoing management and monitoring.

Managing. If you choose to work with us to implement your financial plan, we manage your strategies and investments regularly. This is to ensure your plan remains up-to-date and to help you stay on track as you pursue your goals. Whether you face economic or personal changes, we are here to help you adjust your plan as needed.

Guiding. Even with the best financial plan in hand, it’s difficult to feel confident when questions arise. We don’t just provide you a financial plan; we offer guidance and education along the way, whatever your questions or concerns may be.

Retirement is a significant milestone. We want to help make that transition more manageable and less stressful.
